-全自動壓鑄壓鑄去水口機,屬于五金鋅合金壓鑄機生產(chǎn)的后續(xù)自動化加工去水口工藝設(shè)備,產(chǎn)品的機械特性如下:
-采用單超聲波工作,適應(yīng)于獨立模、流道、渣包排布固定式壓鑄坯件,對產(chǎn)品、渣包一次性無傷害分離,換模不用調(diào)機。
-該設(shè)備也適應(yīng)多模芯、流道、渣包排布部確定性的壓鑄坯件進行簡單的流道與產(chǎn)品、渣包分離、也可以選擇沖頭線折斷入料口再超,解決入道口硬導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品難超落分離的問題。
-分離作業(yè)過程中、產(chǎn)品一次性完成分離且不與設(shè)備任何夾具接觸、能夠最好地保護產(chǎn)品的完整性。
-開料檢測利用新一代專利技術(shù)、阻攔短路的檢測方式、定位更精準、解決了采用光纖檢測方式、光纖器件脆弱性易順懷、多故障的問題。
適應(yīng)范圍:適應(yīng)于通訊、電子、玩具、家居、箱包等五金壓鑄產(chǎn)品的配套自動水口分離及聯(lián)機生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用。

-Adopting single ultrasonic operation, it is suitable for fixed die-casting billets with independent molds, flow channels, and slag ladle arrangement. It can separate products and slag ladles in one go without damage, and there is no need to adjust the machine when changing the mold.
-This equipment is also suitable for simple separation of flow channels from products and slag packages in die-casting billets with multiple die cores, flow channels, and deterministic slag package layout. It can also choose to break the punch line into the material inlet and then pass, solving the problem of difficult product separation due to the hard inlet.
-During the separation operation, the product can be separated at once without any contact with the equipment fixtures, which can best protect the integrity of the product.
-The material opening detection utilizes a new generation of patented technology, a detection method for blocking short circuits, more precise positioning, and solves the problems of using fiber optic detection methods, easy to handle the fragility of fiber optic devices, and multiple faults.
-Scope of application: Suitable for supporting automatic water outlet separation and online production applications of hardware die-casting products such as communication, electronics, toys, home furnishings, bags, etc.
