PSIM Motor Drive Module

MOTOR DRIVE Module

The Motor Drive Module provides the necessary elements for motor drive system studies.
Simulation of Motor Drive systems is non-trivial task, from motor modeling to control. These tasks become a lot easier and simpler with the Motor Drive Module provided by PSIM. Common-used machine models and mechanical load models are provided, and various control schemes can be implemented easily using PSIM's control library.

The Thermal Module provides a quick way of estimating semiconductor device losses.
Facilities of adding the device information to the database are provided. Device conduction losses and switching losses can then be calculated in the simulation based on the device characteristics.

TI-F28335 Hardware Target Module

The SimCoder allows you to generate C code out of the PSIM control schematic. The generated code, however, will not run on DSP hardware as it is. In order to generate the code that can run on a particular DSP hardware, you need a hardware target.
