Annual Software Maintenance

We offer the Annual Software Maintenance which entitles you to technical support, free version update and upgrade for one year.

The Annual Maintenance Plan protects your software investment, and ensures that your software is always up-to-date.

The Annual Maintenance Plan will be automatically offered for renewal by mail, in form of a quote, around 2 months before the end of the maintenance period. Upon acceptance of the quote, the Annual Maintenance Plan will be reconducted for another year.

Technical Support

Technical support includes support on the use of the software from our team of engineers by (e)mail, phone or web conference.
Please note that technical support does not include on-site visit, model development, or circuit/system design and debugging in general. Such special requests will be fee-based and a quote can be provided if needed.

Updates and Upgrades

When a new version of the software appears during your maintenance period, the upgrade will also be sent out to you free of charge. PSIM also shall automatically prompt the user(s) when an update/upgrade has become available.

PSIM Learning Center

Your maintenance contract allows you a full access to PSIM Learning Center.
